A ground up dialysis facility for DaVita, Inc. The project was executed for a preferred developer partner and delivered as a turnkey solution. The HOPE prototype is the design standard developed to ensure the highest quality environments and patient care. These include their Building Management System (BMS) for lighting and HVAC, custom millwork with integrated medical piping, extensive water, and mold-proofing details as well as energy efficient lighting systems. The project was delivered within DaVita’s scheduled timeframe in spite of the challenging COVID-19 pandemic.
